Dependable Insurer
No Deductibles
We provide our buyers with an express 10-year insured structural warranty. Even in the unlikely event that we cannot perform our obligations under the warranty. Our insurer will be there to assume responsibility for our performance at no cost to you. Other insured warranty programs require a consumer deductible. So even if your repair is covered, it still costs you money.
Fair Arbitration
Binding arbitration resolves disputes quickly and easily we are proud of our consumer service record, but should a disagreement occur, the PWSC program provides our homebuyers with binding arbitration to settle disputes without costly legal services. The arbitration program allows an independent third-party arbitrator to resolve disputes promptly and completely. Either party can request arbitration by submitting an $80 filing fee** that will be refunded if they prevail.
Selling Advantages
Should you decide to sell your home the transfer in the title will not affect the remaining term of your limited warranty. The homeowner simply completes the Subsequent Home Buyer form found in the warranty document. This feature can be an attractive selling point at resale for homeowners or sales agents.
