Lafaye partnered with a local investor to deliver a turnkey project, completing all infrastructure, sitework, and vertical construction. Located near the University of South Carolina, the Richland Street Duplexes project involved subdividing two existing lots to create space for two high-quality duplexes designed as near-campus housing. Lafaye collaborated closely with City of Columbia staff to secure subdivision approval and deliver a product that elevates the standard of rental living in the area.
