The Start your build form asks where you live now and how you would like to meet, by video or on a visit, and the team plans the timing with you.

Once the house is going up, a written update goes out every Friday afternoon with what was finished and what comes next, and the on-site superintendent posts to the client portal every day. The customer experience team carries the selections and decisions in between.
