Since 1900
A name written into the city
Lafaye Custom Homes is built on more than craftsmanship, it is built on a legacy that began over a century ago. In 1900, George Eugene Lafaye settled in Columbia, South Carolina, and established an architectural firm known for exceptional design and uncompromising standards. His work helped shape the character of the city, and his vision can still be seen today in some of Columbia's most admired historic structures.

Heathwood, and the Saratoga project
Of everything on this page, Heathwood and the Saratoga project are the two to look at first. Heathwood is where the Lafaye name has the longest history in Columbia, and where the company still builds. Saratoga is under construction now.
Saratoga is a live job, so what this page features will change as it finishes out.
